FEES AND PAYMENT
Service fees are outlined in the applicable engagement letter or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payment is due upon completion of services or as specified in your engagement letter
- We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work product until payment is received in full
- Late payments may be subject to a service charge as specified in your engagement letter
- Payments are processed through Financial Cents, our secure payment platform

CONFIDENTIALITY
Good CPA, PLLC maintains strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct and applicable North Carolina CPA licensing regulations. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the event your return is selected for examination or audit by the IRS or any state taxing authority, Good CPA, PLLC will assist you in responding to such inquiries to the extent permitted by our engagement. Audit representation and assistance services may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your engagement letter or a separate agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
